About the position
Talkspace is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join their fully remote, part-time platform. This role allows therapists and counselors to provide mental health care on their schedule, offering flexibility and the opportunity to build a caseload without the overhead costs associated with private practice. The platform handles client referrals, insurance claims, and billing, enabling professionals to focus on their practice. Therapists can manage cases, write notes, and schedule appointments through the Talkspace app, while also earning continuing education credits and accessing support resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health care to clients through the Talkspace platform.
- Manage cases, write client notes, and schedule appointments using the Talkspace app.
- Engage with clients via text, video, and audio messages.
- Participate in Learning Community sessions to earn free CE credits.
- Maintain a professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
- Submit a fully completed, signed CAQH application.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid clinical license (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state(s) where you practice.
- Ability to provide mental health care remotely using the Talkspace platform.
- Experience in managing client cases and documentation.
Nice-to-haves

- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in mental health care.
