About the position

The Mental Health Therapist role at Lyra Health involves providing short-term, evidence-based therapy through an innovative video therapy program. Therapists will maintain a diverse caseload, utilizing digital tools to enhance client outcomes and ensure culturally responsive care. Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs and monitor client outcomes.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients.
• Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
• Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews and attend training sessions.
• Utilize resources for complex client cases, ensuring culturally responsive care.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without disciplinary action.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Experience providing video therapy.
• Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with culturally responsive care practices.
• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms.
