About the position

The Mental Health Therapist role at Lyra Health involves providing short-term, evidence-based therapy through a digital platform, focusing on enhancing access to mental health care. Therapists will work with a diverse client base, utilizing innovative tools and resources to support clients' mental health needs from their preferred settings. Responsibilities

  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
  • Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs and monitor outcomes between sessions.
  • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning.
  • Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
  • Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews and attend training to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without disciplinary action.
  • Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
  • Experience providing video therapy and maintaining a full clinical caseload.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with culturally responsive care.
  • Familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms.
