About the position

As a Mental Health Therapist at Lyra Health, you will provide innovative video therapy services to clients, utilizing a blend of live sessions and digital tools to enhance their mental health care experience. This role emphasizes culturally responsive care and aims to meet the diverse needs of clients from various backgrounds. Responsibilities

  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
  • Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs and monitor client outcomes.
  • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning.
  • Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
  • Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews and attend training sessions.
  • Access expert consultation and support for complex client cases.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without disciplinary action.
  • Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
  • Experience providing video therapy and maintaining a full clinical caseload.
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Full-time resident of the United States.
