About the position

The Mental Health Therapist role at Lyra Health involves providing short-term, evidence-based therapy through a digital platform, focusing on enhancing access to mental health care. Therapists will maintain a diverse caseload, utilize digital tools for client engagement, and participate in ongoing professional development and peer consultations. Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs and monitor client outcomes.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning.
• Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
• Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews and attend training sessions.
• Access expert consultation and support for complex client cases.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Experience providing video therapy and maintaining a full clinical caseload.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with culturally responsive care practices.
• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and platforms.
