About the position

As a Lyra Care Therapist, you will provide short-term, evidence-based mental health treatment via live video sessions, utilizing an innovative digital care platform. This role focuses on enhancing access to mental health care while maintaining a diverse caseload of clients with varying clinical needs. You will have the opportunity to assign digital lessons and monitor client progress, all while receiving support and resources to ensure effective care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
  • Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
  • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients.
  • Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
  • Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
  • Attend training to enhance clinical skills.
  • Access expert consultation for complex client cases.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
  • Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
  • Experience providing video therapy.
  • Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (30 potential bookable calendar spots).
  • Full-time resident of the United States.
