About the position

Lyra is seeking a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions. The role involves maintaining a diverse caseload and utilizing Lyra's innovative video therapy program, which combines live sessions with digital psychoeducation and skill-building tools. Therapists will have access to a supportive network and resources to enhance their clinical skills and provide culturally responsive care to clients from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
  • Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
  • Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes.
  • Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
  • Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
  • Attend training to enhance clinical skills.
  • Access expert consultation and support for complex clients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
  • Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
  • Experience providing video therapy.
  • Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (30 potential bookable calendar spots).
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Full-time resident of the United States.
