About the position
Lyra is seeking a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions. The role involves maintaining a diverse caseload and utilizing Lyra's innovative video therapy program, which combines live sessions with digital psychoeducation and skill-building tools. Therapists will have access to a supportive network and resources to enhance their clinical skills and provide culturally responsive care to clients from various backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
- Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes.
- Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Attend training to enhance clinical skills.
- Access expert consultation and support for complex clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
- Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Experience providing video therapy.
- Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (30 potential bookable calendar spots).
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Full-time resident of the United States.
