About the position
As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will play a crucial role in enhancing access to quality mental health care. Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation and clinical case notes.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Clinical licensure or on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Passion for various therapeutic topics such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and more.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with diverse populations including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as play therapy, art therapy, and musical therapy.
