About The Position
Holder Construction is seeking a highly motivated MEP Cost Coordinator to join our MEP Cost Group for projects in Atlanta, GA. The MEP Cost Coordinator will support onsite Construction Operations teams in managing the costs associated with MEP Subcontractors. This role involves reviewing and validating MEP Subcontractor billing, labor tracking, cost projections, and Change Order management. The position requires effective communication with subcontractors to understand changes in project costs and to report findings to project stakeholders. The MEP Cost Coordinator will also prepare cost projections for project leadership and assist in tracking Subcontractor Change Orders.
