About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Electrical Engineer Manager for an immediate full-time position at any of our offices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, access control, network, and instrumentation and control systems for industrial, municipal, healthcare, commercial, retail, and educational clients. This role includes hands-on development of construction documents, which encompasses calculations, drawings, and specifications. The Senior Electrical Engineer Manager will also supervise other electrical engineers and designers, conduct field investigations for data gathering, interact with clients, and provide construction administration services. As part of a growing consulting firm, you will be joining a full-service engineering firm with over 500 employees specializing in engineering, environmental sciences, architecture, and construction management. This position offers extensive growth opportunities and the chance to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and leadership in electrical engineering. In this role, you will be expected to leverage your knowledge of the Architectural/Engineering (A/E) consulting industry, particularly in designing electrical systems for water and wastewater facilities. You will also need to be familiar with the National Electrical Code, International Building Codes, and Energy Codes, ensuring that all designs meet regulatory standards. Your proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Design Master Electrical, Microsoft Office products, Easy Power arc flash hazard analysis software, and lighting design software will be crucial for success in this position.
