Responsibilities

• Manage large commercial projects in the healthcare sector.
• Oversee project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure timely achievement of scheduled milestones.
• Communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage change orders.
• Maintain labor management and budget adherence.

Requirements

• Commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing office buildings, schools, and medical facilities.
• Familiarity with projects valued between $500,000 and $20,000,000.
• Proficiency in Vista Viewpoint and Microsoft Project.
• Strong skills in Excel for budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of upfront planning and administrative project management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
• Mechanical and/or plumbing knowledge.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Autodesk software.
