The role involves working on various types of vehicles, including specific and crossover technician roles, as well as a remote traveling technician position. Candidates should have significant experience in a dealership environment, particularly with factory warranty repairs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles (Sprinter).
• Complete factory warranty repairs and documentation accurately.
• Work in a high-volume environment to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience at a new car dealer in a similar role.
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz or modern diesel vehicles is a significant plus.
• Proven experience with factory warranty repair and documentation.

• Certification from Mercedes-Benz or equivalent training programs.
