About the position

The merchandising & stocking associate role at Sam's Club involves ensuring that members can easily find products on their shopping list. Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging member needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation according to company policies.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation and sanitation standards are followed.
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and co-workers.
• Ensure club pick up orders are filled and staged according to company policy.

Requirements

• Ability to lift boxes and heavy objects weighing more than 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles effectively.
