• Provide member service by identifying needs and resolving issues.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow safety procedures.
• Ensure proper zoning and presentation of merchandise according to company policies.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring product rotation and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with club pick-up orders and ensure they are filled according to company policy.

Requirements
