About the position
The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for various tasks that ensure the safe and efficient storage, preparation, and shipping of warehouse goods. This role involves receiving inventory, processing orders, packing products, shipping, inspecting items, maintaining inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring a clean working environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Unload and store incoming inventory
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Pack products based on customer preferences and company guidelines
- Prepare products for shipping and ensure orders are shipped on time
- Check products for damage or missing items
- Keep inventory organized and restocked as needed
- Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Comply with all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a warehouse environment
