About the position

The Merchandise Planner at Net2Source Inc. is responsible for driving seasonal operational excellence within the merchandising team. This role involves coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure efficient delivery of seasonal game plans, managing processes, and providing tools necessary for creating consumer-focused product assortments. The position requires multitasking and effective communication to support the merchandising team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive seasonal operational excellence within the merchandising team.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide structure and support for the GPM Merchandising team.
  • Organize the team for successful delivery of seasonal game plan deliverables.
  • Ensure processes are defined, efficient, and aligned with seasonal key dates.
  • Lead and drive process excellence and meeting management for the merchandising team.
  • Build and maintain seasonal end-to-end merchandising gameplan timelines.
  • Develop merchandising tools to enable merchants to create seasonal product assortments.
  • Build and maintain master line list, marketplace segmentation, pricing, and sku management tools.
  • Coordinate seasonal sample sets and support product wall walks and setups.
  • Lead and drive regional carryover process across business units.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product-related topics with Global Product Ops team.
  • Support Apparel operations process and toolkits.
  • Provide seasonal trend information to support the sell-in process.
  • Communicate and lead product updates to cross-functional teams.
  • Organize internal BOX folders to maintain seasonal files.

Requirements

  • Experience in merchandising operations or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in merchandising tools and software (e.g., VIBE, ROADMAPS).
  • Knowledge of seasonal product assortments and line architecture.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with apparel operations processes.
  • Familiarity with sample management and buy consolidation.
  • Understanding of marketplace segmentation and pricing strategies.
