About the position
The Merchandise Processor role involves handling merchandise in a warehouse setting, focusing on inspection, packaging, and ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. This position is essential for maintaining quality control and efficient shipping processes.
Responsibilities
- Lifting merchandise onto and off conveyor or workstations
- Reviewing final product compared to ordered item
- Placing product in final packaging and into totes
- Ensuring the exact product details are selected and placed into cubies or cartons
- Utilizing Scanners, COFE and WMS systems
- Auditing order for accuracy before shipping
- Comparing the quantity and quality to ensure accuracy
- May also work in Pick or Pack / Put / Pull departments
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience in shipping & receiving
- Ability to perform stocking duties
- Entry-level position
- Ability to load & unload merchandise
