About the position

The Merchandise Processor position at Adecco is a vital role within a modern facility for one of our top clients, Ross, located in Perris, California. This role involves handling merchandise processing tasks, ensuring efficient movement and sorting of products, and maintaining operational flow in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate unmarked orders and correctly place tickets on each unit.
• Move merchandise containers from the processing area to the takeaway conveyor.
• Monitor box/tote jams and resolve issues as they arise.
• Sort merchandise by size, color, and type according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Comfortable with conveyor and roller equipment.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, trolleys, and power equipment.
• Capable of standing, walking, pushing, and pulling continuously during shifts.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping required.
• Ability to lift repetitive lighter items under 50 lbs.
• Proficient in using a touch screen monitor.
• Able to read RF Gun.
