Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and put away merchandise.
• Move products from the receiving dock to storage and from storage to the deluxing floor.
• Deluxe all outbound furniture pieces to ensure quality and completeness before delivery.
• Assist drivers with loading and assembly as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area according to warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.
• Lead by example in work ethic and adherence to policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months of Distribution Center and RF experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Capable of safely lifting, pushing, or pulling at least 75 pounds throughout the day.
• Good attendance record.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Flexibility to work different schedules based on business needs.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HUBM RF knowledge including tasking and fluid loading.
