Join Falcon Farms as a part-time Floral Merchandiser! As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. At Falcon Farms, we value quality, commitment, and, above all, our team. We will provide you with all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit.
Responsibilities
- Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
- Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
- Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
- Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
- During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
- Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
- Support your teammates with special activities when needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in Spanish.
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
- Internet access and a smartphone.
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
Benefits
