About the position

Falcon Farms is seeking part-time Multi Location Merchandisers to care for, merchandise, and sell fresh-cut flowers at various retail locations. This role involves learning about floral products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a schedule to ensure flowers are well presented and cared for. The position offers training and a supportive environment for those looking to grow their skills in the floral industry.

Responsibilities

• Care for and merchandise fresh-cut flowers at multiple retail locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
• Work independently or as part of a team to maintain floral displays.
• Manage time effectively to adhere to the provided schedule.
• Transport flowers and supplies to various locations as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to learn about and care for flowers.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physically able to push/pull/lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, stooping, and lifting products above shoulders.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

Nice-to-haves

• Floral experience is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work during the holiday season (November through mid-May).
• Possession of a smart phone.
