About the position

Falcon Farms is seeking part-time Multi Location Merchandisers to care for, merchandise, and sell fresh-cut flowers at various retail locations. This role involves learning about floral products and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a schedule and managing transportation to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Care for and merchandise fresh-cut flowers at retail locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and manage time effectively.
• Travel to multiple locations during shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to learn about and care for flowers.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations.
• Smartphone for communication.
• Availability to work during the holiday season (November through mid-May).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physically able to push/pull/lift up to 40 lbs. on an ongoing basis.
• Comfortable bending, stooping, and lifting products above shoulders.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

Nice-to-haves

• Floral experience is a plus but not required.
