About the position

The part-time merchandiser role at accelerate360 involves organizing and replenishing magazine displays in grocery and superstores. Merchandisers will work closely with a regional supervisor to manage store visits and merchandising priorities, utilizing a mobile app for task management.

Responsibilities

• Organize and replenish checkout and newsstand shelves in local grocery and superstores.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with the regional supervisor to identify store service lists.
• Build a flexible work schedule based on merchandising priorities for the week.
• Safely clean, straighten, stock, and maintain shelves, and assemble shelves/racks and display cases following schematics.
• Assist in increasing sales for retail partners through correct product handling and excellent customer service.
• Represent the territory on behalf of accelerate360 and work with retailers to ensure proper merchandising.

Requirements

• Active smartphone or mobile device for reporting work hours and business data.
• Reliable transportation to service assigned accounts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to company policies regarding professional behavior and attire.
• Valid ID for proof of employment eligibility.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
