About the position

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Acosta's client brands are prominently displayed and available at Walmart stores. This position involves executing retail merchandising activities that connect customers with their favorite brands in one of the largest retail environments. The role offers variety in daily tasks and the opportunity to work independently while building relationships with store management and associates.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on the shelf.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work and navigate multiple applications.
• Answer simple, step-by-step questions within Acosta's field technology on the mobile device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to accomplish tasks.
• Collaborate with direct manager via email, phone, and text.

Requirements

• Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with store associates and managers.
• Strong organizational skills to complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Attention to detail to follow detailed instructions accurately.
