About the position

The Merchandiser Specialist role at PRE-US involves representing various brands across multiple retail locations, focusing on merchandising activities to enhance product visibility and sales. This part-time position offers flexibility in scheduling and independence in daily tasks, while providing full training and support from field management. The role is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently and building relationships within retail environments.

Responsibilities

  • Locate merchandise in the backroom of stores to place products on the floor.
  • Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
  • Front face products to maintain attractive product shelves.
  • Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and transport them to the store.
  • Install and place promotional materials as per instructions to enhance product visibility.
  • Set up and maintain displays for various products throughout the store.
  • Reset displays or product areas based on client needs, including full remodels.
  • Answer questions within Premium's field technology on a mobile device during work.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
  • Represent Premium and its clients in retail stores within the assigned area.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in retail environments.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with store associates and managers.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
  • Time management skills to complete work within provided timeframes.
