About The Position

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within an assigned territory. This role involves stocking and displaying products on shelves and coolers at large accounts, ensuring that the products are presented effectively to customers. Merchandisers will work independently but are also expected to interact with store personnel and maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves and coolers at retail stores.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts.
• Cover routes as assigned by management.
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores in the territory.
• Utilize a company-issued phone and app for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.
