About the position

The Merchandiser role at Frito-Lay is a dynamic position that involves merchandising a wide range of products including popular brands such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos in various retail environments, primarily supermarkets and large grocery stores. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving your personal vehicle to multiple store locations, retrieving Frito-Lay products, and ensuring that these products are displayed effectively throughout the store to maximize visibility and sales. This role is essential in maintaining the brand's presence in the market and ensuring that customers have access to the full range of Frito-Lay products. In this position, you can expect to undergo three weeks of dedicated training to learn the fundamentals of the role. You will work closely with professional Route Sales Representatives in a team-oriented environment, which will help you gain valuable insights and skills. The job requires adherence to a consistent schedule with specific start times, typically between 5 AM and 6 AM, and you will have the opportunity to develop different work schedules over time. You will also be provided with a company-issued iPhone to manage your schedules, communicate with team members, and log your daily activities. The work environment is fast-paced and physical, requiring you to be on your feet and actively engaging with the products and store displays. You will be expected to lift products frequently, with a maximum weight of 40 lbs. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance is required.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
