About the position

As a Merchandising and Inventory Manager at PetSmart, you will oversee the smooth operation of the store, focusing on merchandising and inventory management. Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of plan-o-grams and organize promotional and sale price changes.
• Oversee the fulfillment of In-Store Pick Up Orders.
• Manage a team of Stocking Associates to maintain a fully stocked and clean environment.
• Provide guidance and development opportunities for associates.
• Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring associates are knowledgeable about pet solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop associates.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of merchandising and inventory management practices.
