About the position

As a Merchandising and Inventory Manager at PetSmart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. • Ensure fulfillment of In-Store Pick Up Orders.
• Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring associates are knowledgeable about pet solutions.
• Build connections with pet parents and ensure a safe and fun environment in the store.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.
