• Oversee fulfillment of In-Store Pick Up Orders.
• Manage and develop a team of Stocking Associates to maintain a clean and fully stocked environment.
• Ensure associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions to assist customers effectively.
• Create a safe and engaging shopping environment for customers and their pets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.
• Ability to create a positive customer experience through effective team management.
