About the position

The Merchandising/Customer Service Associate at BE'S Refreshments is a full-time role focused on inventory management and customer service. This position involves driving a company vehicle to various locations, engaging with customers, and ensuring the proper execution of merchandising tasks. The associate will work independently and as part of a team, contributing to the company's growth in the refreshments industry.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all aspects of micro-markets
• Communicate and collaborate with appropriate departments daily via email, phone, and software programs
• Actively approach customers to set up accounts and teach them how to download and use the app
• Present a friendly and professional attitude at all times
• Take accurate count of all inventory in each market and input into the software system using a handheld device
• Check expiration dates on all items and remove any damaged or expired product
• Reorganize, rearrange, straighten, and face product to ensure aesthetic appeal
• Aid in the proper execution of new installs, resets, and changes
• Read, evaluate, and assist in building planograms
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with an excellent, clean driving record over the past 3 years
• Prior and proven exceptional customer service required
• Excellent with computers/smartphones/software or quick learner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Prior merchandising or inventory experience highly preferred, but not required
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with large groups of people
