Responsibilities

  • Assist with the merchandising team, focusing on apparel and accessories.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into our proprietary system.
  • Undertake additional office-related tasks as required.
  • Utilize customer service skills to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Maintain proper organization of files and records.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks.
  • Perform calculations related to merchandising and inventory.
  • Be involved in the buying process of art in North America, from shirts to sculptures for our e-commerce platform.
  • Use your 10 key skills for data entry tasks.
  • Scan documents as needed and ensure they are stored correctly.
  • Typing tasks and email correspondence as required.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong data entry skills, including 10-key typing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
  • Experience with organizing and managing files
  • Proficiency in sending and responding to email correspondence
  • Experience with scanning documents and converting them into digital formats
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
