About the position

The Merchandising Lead and Trainer at Premium plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the field team by connecting merchandisers to the company's culture and providing them with the necessary resources to meet client objectives in retail environments. This position involves training merchandisers, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, and fostering relationships with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence.

Responsibilities

• Train new and tenured merchandisers using extensive merchandising experience.
• Work 20-35 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
• Travel up to 75 miles one-way for store visits.
• Lead and complete complex resets, ensuring compliance with Planogram (POG) standards.
• Conduct Time Studies for new projects.
• Manage schedules and coordinate in-person training sessions with merchandisers.
• Complete store audits and collaborate with management and merchandisers.
• Review and provide feedback on project instructions and survey questions.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned retail work.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure client satisfaction.
