About the position

The Merchandising Lead and Trainer at Acosta Group plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the merchandising team by providing training and support to merchandisers. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with client objectives and fostering strong relationships with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Train new and tenured merchandisers using extensive merchandising experience.
  • Conduct store audits and collaborate with managers and merchandisers.
  • Lead and complete complex resets and ensure POG compliance.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate in-person trainings with merchandisers.
  • Complete Time Studies for new projects and provide feedback on project instructions.
  • Build relationships with store personnel to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Extensive merchandising experience across various retailers.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 75 miles one-way for work.
