Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging member needs and offering guidance on self-service technology.
• Assist management in supervising associates by assigning duties and providing feedback.
• Train associates on processes and procedures to enhance member service.
• Maintain safety standards in the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for hazardous materials.
• Organize and maintain the sales floor, including stocking and merchandising products according to company policies.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and product rotation.
• Oversee the picking and staging of club pick-up orders throughout the day.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers and analyzing information.
• Promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards among associates.
• Lead and participate in teams to achieve business objectives and support team members.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months of retail experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
