Responsibilities

  • Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise.
  • Resolve member issues and promote the company's products and services.
  • Supervise associates by assigning duties and communicating goals.
  • Train associates on processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Receive and stock supplies and merchandise.
  • Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps.
  • Ensure maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation.
  • Monitor food and merchandise quality.
  • Oversee the picking and staging of club pick up orders.
  • Develop and implement processes to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate compliance with company policies and standards of ethics.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 6 months retail experience.
  • 6 months customer service experience.
