The position involves providing exceptional member service at Sam's Club by assisting members with their needs, guiding them on self-service technology, and resolving any issues. Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging member needs and offering guidance.
• Assist management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing feedback.
• Train associates on processes and procedures related to member service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures.
• Ensure maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring product rotation and sanitation standards.
• Oversee the picking and staging of club pick-up orders.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs.
• Promote compliance with company policies and standards of ethics.
• Lead and participate in teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
