About the position

The Merchandising Manager, Growth Marketing is responsible for leading the merchandising strategy and execution of marketing landing pages. This role involves managing the entire process from planning to delivery, ensuring that all landing pages adhere to brand and legal guidelines while optimizing for conversion. The position requires strong technical skills to build complex landing pages and collaborate with various teams to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the merchandising strategy, inventory curation, execution, optimization, and campaign reporting of marketing landing pages.
  • Create and execute various landing pages adhering to brand, design, and legal guidelines across multiple breakpoints and languages using internal content management tools.
  • Collaborate with regional partners and stakeholders to localize global marketing strategies into local merchandising plans across NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Leverage data/insights, product features, and technical capabilities to create world-class merchandising plans and recommendations that drive conversion.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to improve the site and guest experience via merchandising strategies and product advancements.
  • Manually pull data and create comprehensive reporting decks with thoughtful performance insights to share with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot, resolve bugs, and recommend product advancements.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across creative, paid marketing, email, product, engineering, data science, and more to deliver high-quality, impactful work.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in product merchandising and marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating successful landing pages, piloting new ideas, and measuring impact to iterate and improve constantly.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and a desire to reassess and optimize continuously.
  • Self-managed with the ability to work independently and successfully in ambiguous, fast-paced, and ever-changing environments.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented with sharp technical and product skills for flawless execution.
  • Proactive approach to managing complex situations and finding solutions.
  • Ability to deliver strategic thinking without losing sight of tactical details and goals.
