About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall development, direction, coordination, and execution of various merchandising projects and initiatives. As a Senior Merchandising Services Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify necessary merchandising projects and initiatives. This includes developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility, and creating detailed project plans to track progress. You will manage budgets associated with these projects, assist stakeholders with contract negotiations, and provide insightful data analysis and reporting to relevant parties. Your role will also involve mentoring and training team members, helping them achieve their developmental goals and enhancing their performance. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine necessary Merchandising projects and initiatives.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all appropriate stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Timeline projects from conception to completion to ensure efficient and streamlined project completion.
  • Develop detailed project/initiative plans to track progress.
  • Manage budgets associated with projects and initiatives.
  • Assist stakeholders with contract negotiation and budgetary decisions.
  • Research, interpret, and report data/findings from projects and initiatives to appropriate parties.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, training, developmental goals, and performance management to Merchandising Services team members.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of merchandising experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of project management-related experience in merchandising, procurement, pricing, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
