About the position

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) are responsible for ensuring that products are stocked and merchandised effectively to enhance the customer shopping experience. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency while executing various merchandising strategies and maintaining strong relationships with store associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are stocked and properly merchandised.
• Execute price changes and product rotation.
• Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools and power tools.
• Refresh display materials, signage, and brochures.
• Work in teams under on-site supervision to provide service to multiple departments.
• Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, and operate lift equipment repetitively.
• Experience with basic hand tools and power tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail merchandising or a similar field.
• Strong communication skills.
