About the position

The Merchant Onboarding Specialist role is responsible for efficiently and accurately onboarding new merchants to the American First Finance program. This position works directly with merchants, sales representatives, technology partners, and internal resources key to the merchant onboarding process.

• Onboard new merchants to the American First Finance program
• Work directly with merchants, sales representatives, technology partners, and internal resources
• Provide a high level of customer service and communication
• Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
