Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and grow our customer base through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, utilizing technical sales skills to understand and articulate the value of our products.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop new sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, staying current with product developments and updates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, with a focus on outside sales and retail sales.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages with a strong understanding of the language and culture.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Technical sales experience, with the ability to understand and articulate the value of complex products and services.
  • Experience in the technology sales space, with a focus on software or hardware products.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
