About the position

The Treasury Management Support Specialist at BancFirst Corporation serves as a vital support contact for Treasury Management Sales Officers, focusing on the implementation and management of treasury solutions. This role involves preparing necessary documentation, monitoring reports, and assisting with customer requests, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Preparing treasury services forms for new setups and modifications.
• Working on implementation, closed, and training reports daily with follow-up to treasury officers.
• Updating the implementation pipeline and managing training Kase reports.
• Verifying new income on treasury officers' pipelines to ensure accurate fee entries.
• Managing closed AA reports monthly with follow-up to treasury officers.
• Preparing certain invoices on a monthly basis.
• Monitoring reports for various treasury products.
• Assisting treasury officers with customer requests such as account verification letters and cashier's check requests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years banking experience, preferably in Commercial Client Services or Treasury Management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work well under stress and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to understand Treasury products and services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn banking software applications quickly.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
