About the position

The Merchant Services Solutions Representative at First Hawaiian Bank is responsible for training, educating, and servicing Merchant Services clients to maintain and enhance business relationships. This role involves consulting and selling merchant services solutions, onboarding new customers, and expanding existing relationships within the merchant services portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Train and educate Merchant Services clients.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience in merchant services and/or business services.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 1+ years of experience in merchant services, retail sales, or customer service, with familiarity in Point of Sale systems.
  • 1+ year of experience in general banking, B2B end user support, call center, customer service, or related experience.
