About the position

The Corporate Development Integration (CDI) team at Adobe plays a crucial role in the company's merger and acquisition strategy. This team is composed of a dynamic group of professionals who are responsible for pre-merger operational diligence, integration strategy, and post-merger integration planning and execution. As a Merger/Acquisition Integration Specialist, you will work closely with Adobe's senior executives and business unit leaders throughout the various phases of the acquisition life-cycle. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless transition of the acquired company into Adobe's ecosystem, which requires a deep understanding of both operational and commercial aspects of the integration process. In this role, you will provide support to the corporate development acquisition team prior to the close of deals. You will actively participate in the due diligence of target companies, leading the evaluation of key issues, assessing integration challenges, and developing post-close plans. Collaboration with executives and function leaders will be essential as you craft integration strategies that align closely with the rationale behind the acquisition and the operating model of Adobe. Your responsibilities will also include driving timely and objective decision-making, documenting detailed integration planning with activities, timelines, resources, and costs, and developing specific financial measures to gauge the success of the integration. Regular updates will be presented to Adobe's senior leadership, ensuring they are aware of critical issues and risks, and you will work to resolve these with a consistent and objective approach. Building and empowering cross-functional teams will be key to successfully planning and executing the integration roadmap, while you will also own integration governance and manage decisions and progress reports for the integration team.
