About the position

This position in the Merger and Acquisition Tax practice at PwC involves advising clients on their tax obligations and providing strategic consulting related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, and global enterprise tax solutions. As a Manager, you will lead client service accounts, supervise teams, and drive engagement workstreams while leveraging technology and innovation to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 4 years of experience
• A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
