Responsibilities

• Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Help clients establish treasury goals and analyze tax assets.
• Assess tax risks and model taxable income and cash flow impacts.
• Coach team members and encourage personal development.
• Analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
• Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.
• Simplify complex messages and highlight key points.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax consulting or related field.
• CPA, Member of the Bar, or other relevant credentials required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial analyses in M&A practices.
• Experience in tax consulting and planning, transaction structuring, and due diligence.

Nice-to-haves

• Juris Doctorate (JD) or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools in a professional services environment.
• Experience with large data sets and data visualization tools.
