About the position

The Manager in the Merger and Acquisition Tax practice at PwC will play a crucial role in advising clients on their tax obligations related to mergers and acquisitions. This position involves strategic consulting on business analysis, managing indirect taxes, and providing global enterprise tax solutions. The Manager will lead client service accounts, supervise teams, and drive engagement workstreams while leveraging technology and innovation to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 4 years of experience
• Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
