About the position

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Help clients establish treasury goals and analyze tax assets.
• Assess tax risks and model taxable income and cash flow impacts.
• Manage complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Encourage team collaboration and open communication.
• Contribute technical knowledge in tax consulting and planning.
• Navigate cross-border engagements and build trust with stakeholders.
• Lead teams and supervise staff to foster an atmosphere of trust and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or related field.
• CPA or equivalent tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials required.
• Proven knowledge of financial analyses related to M&A practices.
• Experience in tax consulting, transaction structuring, and due diligence.

Nice-to-haves

• Juris Doctorate (JD) or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with automation and digitization in tax services.
