The MES Principal Solution Architect at Cognizant is a senior role focused on leading the implementation of Camstar MES solutions and service request management systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Camstar MES and service request management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports on project progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Camstar MES and service request management.
- Contribute to the development of new product features and enhancements based on client feedback.
